What kind of magic can you make with

flour, water, and salt?

So. Much. Magic!!

We start with the Classic loaf.

With that simple combination + a bit of live sourdough starter (mine "Dough Burrow" is almost 15 years old now!) you can create a tangy, open crumb loaf that is soft on the inside and has that delightfuly chewy crust.

It's perfect for literally everything - from wine and brie to the best carrier for your tapas to the most mouthwatering PB&J ever. 

Add one more element and you have rosemary sourdough or red pepper sourdough - equally versatile because they can both swing with savory and sweet (cream cheese and caramelized onions? Yep! Grilled cheese? Oh yeah...)

But wait!

I've been experimenting for a LONG time, and some of these creations are mind-bendingly tasty - like the Spiced Italian Parmesan, the roasted garlic, Chocolate, the Cherry Pie loaf, and the Spiced fruit loaf (usually apricot).

I call these the Fancy Loaves.

Like all of the loaves, they are made with the best of the best ingredients.

We mix things up over here, and if you have any ideas, we'll gladly whip it up for you!

Loaves are available in rounds, baguettes, or 6 small rounds (aka "Nice Buns!")

Each loaf comes with all of the information you need to properly store, freeze, thaw, reheat, and enjoy your tasty bread.
